Mr. Rothrock is a 4th generation Spokane native with an educational/career background in project and construction management and commercial real estate. Todd joined the family business in 2004 as the Managing Broker.

Todd has spent better than 20 years in the project management/real estate/development field in various capacities. Co-founder and owner of a project management company, development consultant to several area Native Tribes in HUD housing development as well as director of housing for Catholic Charities of Spokane overseeing a portfolio of over 700 affordable units for seniors and families.

Community outreach has attracted Todd to previous roles as the Board Chairman for the Community Development Board at the City of Spokane as well as a board member for L'Arche Spokane, an organization providing Christian group home settings for developmentally disabled adults.
